From the moment I stepped onto Syracuse University's campus in the spring of 2018, I knew it was the perfect place for me. It was clear that the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs were the perfect places for me to grow as a writer and as a person.
Now, I am a rising senior studying magazine journalism, citizenship & civic engagement, and business at SU. I have been able to join a number of amazing clubs and organizations at Syracuse including Jerk Magazine, Baked Magazine, First Year Players, Gamma Phi Beta, and The Women's Network. I also have had the chance to intern with community organizations like Refugee and Immigrant Self Empowerment and the Eastern Farm Workers Association helping with communications and community outreach. Last summer, I was able to intern with Day One NY, a domestic violence prevention organization, as a social media and communications intern.
I have always been super passionate about writing, exploring, and learning more about the world around me. I made this website to serve as a creative outlet and as a reference for future employers. Here I share the media I make, articles I write, things I find inspiring, my experiences as a college student, and everything in between! While I love writing, I want to develop a relationship with my audience and expose people to new ideas and perspectives.
Thank you so much for visiting my page. Happy reading!
